Lao economists pinpoint five key factors to sustain growth
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Laos needs to focus on five key factors this year to support stable and sustainable economic growth, the National Institute for Economic Research (NIER) has suggested.
The first focus will be the stricter implementation of government policy to improve regulations and strategic coordination to avoid contraction of the economy and state budget, while maintaining sufficient foreign currency reserves and removing barriers to business.
